Overview
Background
Intangible users create shot sequences—storyboards with AI-generated visualizations—for pre-production, pitch materials, and creative review. These sequences need to be shared with stakeholders, clients, and collaborators.
The creative review process is iterative, requiring multiple rounds of feedback and revision. Users needed a way to share their work that preserved the interactive context of their sequences.

Problem
No streamlined way to share sequences externally for feedback. Users had to export files manually, losing the interactive playback and alternate takes that made Intangible valuable for review.
Opportunity
Create a publish and share system where users can generate live links of their sequences, enabling collaborative feedback without leaving the platform or losing context.

Solution
I designed two complementary features: Publish Mode generates shareable live links where viewers can play back sequences, view alternate takes per shot, sign in to comment, and have threaded discussions on specific shots.
Presentation Mode launches without publishing—users can share their work professionally in live meetings for direct feedback, similar to Figma’s prototype preview mode. Authors can review, reply to, and resolve comments from either mode.
Impact
Streamlined stakeholder review workflows by eliminating manual exports and keeping feedback in context. Creative teams could now share and iterate within a single platform.
Threaded commenting and resolution tracking reduced friction in feedback loops, helping teams move faster from concept to approval.

Role
As Lead Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end design of both publish and presentation modes—from user research through interaction design and implementation.
Team
I collaborated closely with the CEO on product strategy and with engineering on the technical implementation of live links and real-time commenting.
